Building Regulations

Consent from the Local Authority or Approved Inspector is mandatory, and Allen Mezzanines will undertake your Building Regulation application process, through to approval, as part of our service to you.

Applications

As part of the application process your Local Authority ensure that the proposed structure meets with all the relevant current standards.

We, on your behalf, will submit our design drawings and complete set of structural calculations, which will be checked by independent Structural Engineers and your local Fire Officer. This ensures for you that the structure that we are proposing is of sound design and that the means of escape are adequate for this type of installation.
