Pallet Safety Gates

Mezzanine floors for storage installations require pallets to be fork lifted on to a mezzanine floor. A pallet gate is a means of access along your mezzanine floor edge to allow for this operation.

The Allen Mezzanines range of pallet gates conform to all the relevant safety standards. They can take various forms from the simple hinged gate to multiple hinged gates to up and over designs.

Our standard range of pallet gates are designed for conventional pallet sizes and loads and are all simple to operate and relatively maintenance free. However, Allen Mezzanines has the expertise and manufacturing capability to produce Pallet Gates to suit any sized load that you would like to put upon your mezzanine floor.

The finish on our pallet gates can be either galvanised or powder-coated to a specific RAL or British Standard colour. They form a fully integrated part of our Edge Protection Systems. Steel durbar wear plates are also provided to protect the flooring and front edge of the mezzanine floor.

Pallet gates can be ordered as a standalone item with handrailing, or as part of an overall mezzanine floor package.
