Mezzanine Design

Allen Mezzanines have been supplying mezzanine floors to industry for over 25 years.

When you place an order with Allen Mezzanines, one of our Project Managers will visit site to collate all the necessary information required to design the mezzanine floor.

We will take detailed measurements of the area of the building to house the mezzanine and assess all the site conditions which could possibly affect the installation process. Your mezzanine will then be fully designed using our Mezzanine design software, which will produce comprehensive Structural calculations for the design.

The Structural Calculations along with all drawings and other relevant information, will then be sent to the Local Authority or approved inspector for checking and final approval. Allen mezzanines will undertake this service for you free of charge. Our Design software automatically produces a 3D image of your mezzanine structure, showing you exactly what your floor will look like including cross bracing, Staircase, Handrailing and Pallet gate.

On completion of the design, your Project Manager will issue you with a General Arrangement drawing for your approval. Should you need to make any changes to the design at this stage, we will go away and make the changes and then re-issue you with the drawing. When you are completely happy with the design, we will produce fabrication drawings which will then be sent through to the factory for manufacture.
